The annual evaluation and planning process occurs in the latter part of the spring semester. Faculty report on their accomplishments for the current year and plan their teaching, research and service agendas for the coming year.
This includes the submission of three forms to your executive director:
When completed, these forms should be forwarded to your executive director along with your current vita and a summary of your teaching evaluations. Executive directors will review submissions and discuss any concerns before forms are signed and forwarded to the dean for review and approval. The dean will meet with executive directors to discuss evaluations for their respective faculty. Executive directors should forward evaluations to the dean at least two days in advance of meeting with him.
