Archana Manapragada Tedone is an assistant professor of Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology in the Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences at The University of Baltimore. She earned her Ph.D. in IO Psychology from Florida International University in 2017. Dr. Tedone has over eight years of academic and applied experience in survey development, validation, and administration. She is also skilled in advanced quantitative data analysis. Dr. Tedone currently teaches graduate courses in research methods, statistics, personnel psychology, and organizational psychology. Her primary program of research falls under the umbrella of occupational health psychology, and focuses on employee well-being, workplace safety, and occupational stressors. Dr. Tedone has published her work in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Performance, Accident Analysis & Prevention, and Work & Stress, and has presented her research at several national and international conferences such as the Annual Conference of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association’s Work, Stress, and Health Conference. Prior to joining The University of Baltimore, she worked as a research analyst and consultant, helping organizations design surveys, analyze data, and develop data-driven solutions.
