Archana Manapragada Tedone, assistant professor of industrial-organizational (IO) psychology, joined the Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences in 2019. She earned her Ph.D. in IO Psychology from Florida International University. Tedone supports both undergraduate classes related to IO psychology and graduate courses in research methods, statistics, personnel psychology and organizational psychology. Her primary program of research falls under the umbrella of occupational health psychology, and focuses on employee well-being, workplace safety and occupational stressors. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Academy of Management, and Society for Occupational Health Psychology. Prior to joining the University of Baltimore, she worked in the People Analytics practice at PwC. She has applied expertise in training and development, leadership, employee engagement and workplace safety.
