The Baltimore Faith-Based Development Certificate Program is offered by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy in collaboration with Enterprise Community Partners. Developed in response to the urgent need for affordable housing and community facilities, the six-month program provides training and technical assistance to houses of worship in Baltimore that seek to develop affordable housing and community facilities.
