UpSurge Baltimore, a group dedicated to building an ecosystem for startups in collaboration with leaders from Baltimore's government, academic institutions, companies, organizations and neighborhoods, will host an event in celebration of The University of Baltimore's upcoming Generative AI Summit. The UpSurge event, part of its Equitech Tuesday weekly gatherings of innovators, founders and talent from the city's technology industry, will take place on Tuesday, June 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Guilford Hall Brewery, 1611 Guilford Ave. in Baltimore. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
UpSurge Baltimore says the event will offer an opportunity to network with attendees of UBalt's Generative AI Summit, "where faculty, community, and industry leaders will come together to understand the impact of AI on careers."
At UpSurge's Equitech Tuesday events, "new and established members of the local tech community," as well as visitors from everywhere, can "connect meaningfully, as we work together to stake our claim as the first Equitech hub and establish a new model for American innovation."
