Here's everything you, as a visitor, need to know about parking on the University of Baltimore campus.

If you are visiting UB for a special event, please contact the event coordinator prior to arriving on campus for any parking information specific to that event; see the campus parking map for building and parking facility locations.

Otherwise:

  • Parking garages with hourly rates are located at:
    • 1111 Maryland Avenue between Biddle and Chase streets: Maryland Avenue Garage, 410.837.6573
    • W. Oliver St., between Maryland and Mt. Royal avenues: Fitzgerald Garage, 410.837.6573
    Rates may change. For current rate information, please contact the lot.
  • Two-hour metered parking is available on Maryland and Mount Royal avenues and on Charles and Oliver streets.
