Employee Assistance Program

We are pleased to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a confidential service available to faculty, exempt, non-exempt, and contingent II employees.UB recognizes the need to balance work and life and to provide ongoing support for our faculty and staff.

The EAP provides employees and their household members with free, confidential assistance to help with personal or professional problems that may interfere with work or family responsibilities and obligations. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a toll-free number (800.765.3277).
