To access your email from a mobile device, please follow the setup instructions listed below for your specific mobile device.

Email Settings
The following general settings can be used for devices to connect to UBalt email if your device is able to connect to Office365 or Exchange accounts:
- Email or Account Type: Office 365 or Exchange
- Email address: your UBalt email address
- Server (if device asks): outlook.office365.com
- Username (if device asks): netID@ubalt.edu
- SSL: on
iPhone\iPad Settings
The following are instructions for iOS 12 and newer.
If you are using an older Apple iOS device that does not support iOS 12, please refer to the general Email Settings above.
Go to Settings, scroll down and select Mail, then select Accounts |

Tap on Add Account |

Select Exchange |
|

Enter the Following:
Email: Your UBalt email address Tap Next Select Sign In |
The UBalt login page will appear UBalt NetID Password Tap Sign In |

*This step is only for faculty, staff, or student workers After the Ubalt log in you must do a DUO log in. Please see the DUO page for questions and issues

Select what information you would like to get on your iPhone
Mail: Get your emails on your iPhone |

You're done! Go to the Mail app and watch your emails come in! |
Android Settings
The following is for Android Oreo and newer.
If you are using an older Android device, please refer to the general Email Settings on the top of the page.
Go to Settings, scroll down and select Passwords & Accounts |

Select Exchange |

Enter Your UBalt email address Tap Next |
Enter your UBalt password Tap Next |
