Vital Signs for Baltimore Neighborhoods Baseline Report - Released in November of 2002

This first report, released on November 18, 2002, provides the baseline, or starting point, from which the Alliance will measure the ups and downs (trends) of our neighborhoods' Vital Signs over time. This is the first of the many reports the Alliance will release to mark the progress toward neighborhood strength and health.

The report contains indicators from 2000 and 2001 as the baseline.
