Grad Fest
Grad Fest is a one-stop way to get all the information you need about Commencement. We encourage all soon-to-be graduates to stop by to purchase commencement-related products and have questions answered. For the specific dates of Grad Fest please review the Important Dates chart on www.ubalt.edu/commencement.
While Grad Fest features different elements every semester, you can usually expect:
- Regalia orders: caps, gowns, hoods and tassels may be purchased
- Information about the UBalt Alumni Association, Graduate Admissions and helpful resources for life after UBalt.
-
Graduate photos by GradImages® (please register early) ** There will be loaner regalia present for pictures, you do not need to have your regalia for your commencement in order to participate in pictures. The company will email pictures after the event for you to purchase if interested.
- GradImages® is proud to support one of the biggest moments in a graduate’s life: walking across the stage and into the next chapter. With over 40 years of experience, we understand the importance of this moment and the desire to preserve these memories for a lifetime. Finding your graduate’s photos after the ceremony is easy. Visit www.GradImages.com to view and purchase custom photo products like prints, plaques, specialty gifts, and more. If have any questions or concerns regarding your photos, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department at (800) 261-2576, online at www.gradimages.com, or email ecc.giservice@gradimages.net. We have a large team of customer care representatives ready to help graduates and family members with anything they need.
Please note, that while we highly suggest attending the event, graduates will be able to complete all necessary steps without attending Grad Fest. However, they should pay special attention to the deadlines to ensure that everything is completed by the necessary deadlines. We strongly encourage graduates unable to attend to review the Commencement Checklist.
For specific information about this semester, please consult the Main Commencement Page. For any other questions, please contact the Center for Student Engagement and Inclusion.
