Virtual Ceremony Information
Eligible graduates will receive an email with information on how to register for the online ceremony with detailed instructions on how to personalize your slide with a message and/or photo.
Cap and Gown
Even though commencement is virtual, you can still order your cap and gown between now and May 31. Visit https://ub.shopoakhalli.com/purchasewizard/Welcome to order your cap and gown online.
Appeal Information
All eligible students from 2020 and spring 2021 are invited to participate in the May 2021 virtual ceremony. Students wishing to delay or defer commencement exercises must have an academic reason to do so and must follow the Commencement Appeals Process . Unfortunately, no requests to delay commencement based on a desire to participate in a live ceremony can be considered. Please refer to the Commencement Appeal Policy for further information on appeals.
