Student cheerleaders join Eubie for a little school spirit.
Meet Eubie, the University of Baltimore Bee! The University's official mascot returned to campus and made his grand debut at the April 22, 2010 Spring Block Party. Students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends welcomed UB's mascot back with a big entrance, and now they are embracing this loveable character as the very essence of UB spirit. Our students decided that he needed a new nickname, so they voted to call him Eubie (get it?).
Look for Eubie to fly in during special University events, and for his smiling face on UB apparel, mugs, stickers and in plenty of other cool places.
The UB Bee has a long and storied history on our campus. Welcome home, Eubie.
