The program's interdisciplinary curriculum draws on the expertise of three UB schools—the Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts, the Robert G. Merrick School of Business and the School of Law. From this rich mix of legal, business, social science and humanities perspectives, you'll gain a broad understanding of conflict and how to manage it.
