    Professor Adlakha has been teaching at the University of Baltimore since 1984. Her research has been published in journals such as OMEGA: The International Journal of Management Science, OPSEARCH: Journal of the Operational Research Society of India and IJMEST: International Journal of Mathematical Education in Science and Technology as well as many others. She is a Fulbright Scholar as well as a member of the Decision Sciences Institute of America and Production and Operations Management Society.
