Susan Luchey is the Director of Student Involvement and Manager of Student Life at UB. She has a B.A. in English- Journalism from McDaniel College and a masters in liberal arts with a concentration in counseling from Loyola College of Maryland. Her first job out of college was as the editor of a community newspaper in Baltimore. She has two decades of experience in the field of education as a teacher, counselor and administrator. Starting as an English teacher at Calvert Hall College in Towson, Maryland, Susan went on to become the academic advisor to athletics at Loyola College, then to counselor and instructor at Harford Community College before landing at UB in the Fall of 1997. At UB, Susan directs the activity of over 50 student organizations, coordinates new student orientation, community service and leadership development. She advises the Undergraduate and Graduate Student Senates and the Presidents' Council. Susan also has responsibility for the Career Center, Campus Recreation Services and the Academic Resource Center within the division of Student Affairs. Susan teaches in the Community Studies and Civic Engagment program. She also serves as President of the Board of the Audrey Herman Spotlighters Theater in Baltimore.
Anthony Butler is the Assistant Director of Leadership at UB. He has a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Publications Design with a specialization in creative writing from UB. He has worked for nine years in the areas of public relations, grant writing, student life, enrollment management and leadership development. In his role in the Rosenberg Center for Student Involvement, Anthony oversees the Leadership Certification Program, advises the Student Events Board and Omicron Delta Kappa (National Leadership Honor Society) and assists with the coordination of Access UB, new student orientation. He also serves on the Student Affairs Division assessment committee.

David Hahn is the Assistant Director of Operations for the Rosenberg Center for Student Involvement Office. He oversees the daily operations and financials for the CSI Office. He has oversight on the financial processing of the student governments, Student Events Board, The UB Post and all student organizations on campus. He has served as the Advisor on the Student Government Finance Board for the past four years. Phil Thompson is the Program Coordinator of the Rosenberg Center for Student Involvement at UB. He has a B.S. in Computer Science/ Management Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration and Sports Management from Limestone College (Gaffney, SC). He is currently enrolled in the UB/ Towson Master of Business Administration (MBA) program pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Learning. He is also the co-advisor for the Undergraduate Student Senate. His role within the Rosenberg Center for Student Involvement is community outreach along with programming, event planning, and supervisor of Information Desk and Game Room operations. In his spare time he coaches lacrosse, mentors youth, and provides community service.

Joe Slider is the Student Activity Coordinator at the University of Baltimore. He has a B.A. in History from UB, and plans to begin his Masters in Higher Education in the near future. His previous positions include Corporate Trainer for Famous Dave’s , Student Manager for the Rosenberg Center for Student Involvement, and President of the Undergraduate Student Senate. As Student Activity Coordinator in the Rosenberg CSI, Joe guides clubs and organizations in their start up and operation, providing training and advising so that the number of active and successful student organizations will grow. In addition, Joe serves as the co-advisor to the Student Events Board. He will also assist the Director of Student Involvement with the coordination ACCESS UB (new student orientation), and with Community Service Day.
