The MyUB Portal provides access to information, self-service options and personalized communications in one location to all members of the UB community.

Applicants can:

  • accept our offer of admission
  • apply for financial aid.

Students can:

  • access billing information
  • view class schedules
  • register for classes
  • review grades and academic records
  • check e-mail
  • access network files.

Faculty can:

  • post grades
  • target messages to students
  • access class rosters
  • receive targeted messages from deans and department heads.

Faculty and Staff can:

  • access human resource forms
  • complete timesheets
  • update personal information
  • review benefits.

Advisors can:

  • manage service indicators 
  • assign permission numbers
  • view unofficial transcripts 
  • review benefits.
