Mission The Office of Institutional Research principal mission is to provide the University of Baltimore with ‘business intelligence’ through research and analysis that informs institutional planning, policy formation, and decision-making.  We seek to do so  by providing informed interpretations of evidence that inspire solutions and creative approaches to institutional challenges.
