Maryland Legal Aid attorneys and former fellows will be on campus to share information about career opportunities with Maryland Legal Aid, including important information about the Legal Aid Public Interest Fellowship, which has an application deadline of Monday, October 15th.

About the Public Interest Fellowship (PIF):
Each year, Maryland Legal Aid offers a Public Interest Fellowship to a 2D or 3E UB Law student. The recipient of the Public Interest Fellowship will receive a paid law clerk position for the 2019 summer. After a successful summer, the recipient may receive an offer for post-graduate employment. Additionally, the fellowship provides a waiver of one year of tuition and fees for committing to work at Legal Aid for at least three years.
In addition, there are a variety of additional fellowships available to law students interested in working at Legal Aid.
