The Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences seeks adjunct faculty to teach in several disciplines during the upcoming semester. Undergraduate
Writing -- Applicants must have experience teaching college writing. Minimum degree required is a Master's in a relevant field. Preference will be given to those with degrees in English, education, or in composition and rhetoric. Application letters should describe experience with diversity in teaching and the potential to support the UB Writing Program's commitment to diversity. Candidates should discuss their experiences both in educating a culturally diverse student population as well as in helping them prepare for work within diverse workplaces and for communicating for and to diverse communities. Graphic Design – The University of Baltimore seeks an experienced adjunct Graphic Design instructor. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a related field, teaching experience, and the expertise to teach graphic design for both print and screen applications including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Candidates are needed for both daytime and evening classes.
