MS Teams Phone Info:
The University of Baltimore, Office of Technology Services (OTS) phones are now MS Teams phones. All users will use their MS Teams App as their desk phone. You can make and receive calls, and do all of the items you did with your physical phones without the phone at your desk. Users can use a set of headphones (for private calls) or use your PC mic and speakers. Teams offer many calling options and useful features at your disposal, you can communicate with people or groups in familiar ways. MS Teams Phone is available for computers running Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux distributions as well as android and iOS phone smartphones and tablets. The Teams app can be installed on your mobile smartphone so you are not tethered to your desk and can do the same setting as the desktop app on your computer. All users must attend MS Teams Phone training before phones are set up.
