Mission
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will support the mission of the University by providing, facilitating and enabling effective solutions, services and support through leadership, expertise, collaboration and excellent customer service.
Vision
In support of the University of Baltimore's commitment to become a living-learning laboratory at the center of the Baltimore renaissance, OTS will hold itself accountable to enable the teaching and learning experience of the community by:
- Listening to the customers;
- Providing dependable, reliable, and stable access to technology services;
- Interactively communicating within and outside the UBalt community to deliver responsive services that meet the customers' need at the times they are needed;
- Demonstrating integrity by implementing quality OTS internal policies, procedures, standards, performance measures, and documentation to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality services
- Ensuring accuracy of data and currency of technologies.
