Mr. Greenberg’s connection to the University of Baltimore School of Law extended far beyond his own legal education. A proud alumnus, he established a family legacy at the law school that spans three generations.
His son, Larry Greenberg, earned his J.D. from UBalt Law in 1994 and currently serves on the law school’s Dean’s Development Circle and as an adjunct faculty member. His son, Mitchell Greenberg, earned his J.D. in 1991 and has practiced law and served as a mentor since then. His grandson, Ethan Greenberg, earned his J.D. in 2024. Together, they represent a remarkable family tradition of learning, teaching, and service within the University of Baltimore community.
After graduating from UBalt Law in 1966, Mr. Greenberg founded Greenberg Law Offices in Baltimore and dedicated his career to representing injured Marylanders. Recognizing the challenges individuals often face when confronting powerful insurance companies and institutions, he became a tireless advocate for those seeking justice and accountability. Respected throughout Maryland's legal community for his professionalism, integrity, and legal acumen, Mr. Greenberg built a practice defined not only by successful advocacy but also by the deep relationships he formed with his clients, many of whom came to feel like family.
The University of Baltimore School of Law is honored to count Henry Greenberg among its alumni and celebrates the lasting impact of the Greenberg family’s connection to the school, the legal profession, and the pursuit of justice.
