The 2026 William Donald Schaefer Policy Conference and Award Ceremony, hosted by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at The University of Baltimore, will be held on Friday, April 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Westin Annapolis. Maryland House of Delegates Speaker Emerita Adrienne A. Jones will receive the 2026 William Donald Schaefer Award as a highlight of the event. The award luncheon and ceremony will begin at 12:30 p.m. and continue until 2 p.m. Registration and other details for this no-cost event are listed below.
The conference and award ceremony celebrate the legacy of William Donald Schaefer, in whose honor the Schaefer Center was established.
