Jessica Stansbury, director of the Center for AI Learning and Community-Engaged Innovation at The University of Baltimore, will be part of an online forum, "Preparing Students for the AI Work Force," hosted by The Chronicle of Higher Education, on Monday, March 16, at 2 p.m.
The discussion, moderated by a Chronicle journalist and featuring three noted AI experts in addition to Dr. Stansbury, will explore:
"Colleges are tasked with preparing students for a work force that's being reshaped by artificial intelligence. Yet expectations for entry-level jobs are changing faster than higher-ed curricula," the Chronicle says. "This disconnect leaves graduates unprepared for the work force or on their own to bridge the gap in their career readiness. How can higher education keep pace with the rapid changes to the job market and set up their graduates for career success?"
