Welcome to the Fall 2026 Semester at Ubalt. Please see below for some new items and helpful reminders on campus. 

Student Semester Updates

 

Hours of Operation:

Call Center Walk-Up Window

Monday to Thursday - 8:30 AM to 6 PM

Friday – 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Saturday – 8 AM to 2 PM starting January 31st

After-hours support and holidays: 410-837-6262 (external call center outside UBalt)

 

 

  • A student registered for classes may borrow a laptop with a built-in webcam, calculators, and audio recording kits for interviewing projects.
  • Checkouts are handled by appointment only. Pick-ups are done at the Robert Bogomolny Library Information Desk.
  • All equipment should be returned by May 15th to avoid fees.

 

Canvas:

  • The University of Baltimore uses the Canvas Learning Management System. Students can access their Canvas courses by clicking on the Canvas icon in the MyUBalt portal.

  • The Canvas Helpdesk is available 24 x 7 x 365. You can contact the hotline at (855) 244-3363 or access live chat.

Zoom:

Panopto:

If your professor uses Panopto lecture recordings, you will see a Panopto tab in the left navigation of your Canvas course.

Please report any Panopto issues. Support information for Panopto.

Printing:

Paper Cut is the current software for printing in the labs on campus.
