Now that you're admitted, take these next steps to join us.
Step 1 | Get connected.
MyUB is your one-stop shop for registration, unofficial transcripts, online bill payment and more. Log in at www.ubalt.edu/myub and enter your user ID and password. If you do not know your user ID and/or password, contact the Office of Technology Services at 410.837.6262, and they will be happy to help you.
Don't forget to follow UBalt on social media, too! You're now a part of the #ubalt community, and we hope you'll connect with us and with your new classmates. Check us out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more.
Step 2 | Accept our offer of admission.
Once you have logged in to your MyUB account, go to My Student Center and accept our offer of admission. Note that it may take up to two business days to process your acceptance.
Step 3 | Schedule an academic advising appointment.
Meeting with your academic adviser is essential to the successful completion of your program, so schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Your academic adviser’s name and contact information is listed in your admission letter.
Step 4 | Register for classes.
Once you’ve met with your adviser, you can register in person at the Office Records and Registration (Academic Center, Room 126) or online through MyUB.
Step 5 | Complete the financial aid process.
If you have not already done so, complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov. UBalt’s school code is 002102. This application is free and is necessary to qualify for all forms of financial aid.
Step 6 | Submit any final admission documents.
You must submit your final transcripts or international paperwork to the Office of Admission within 30 days of enrolling in classes.
Step 7 | Explore your housing options.
One in six UBalt students lives within walking distance of campus. Everything you need is right here: Who wouldn't love living close to great restaurants, stores, cultural attractions and nightlife? Learn more about your housing options.
Step 8 | Attend orientation.
Now that you are an official member of the UBalt community, it’s time for us to get to know each other better. Visit www.ubalt.edu/orientation to sign up for new student orientation.
Step 7 | Pay your tuition and fees.
Tuition bills are mailed two weeks prior to the start of classes. Tuition and fees can be paid by credit card, personal check or cash at the Office of the Bursar (Academic Center, Room 127) or by credit card online through MyUB.
Step 10 | Get your Bee Card.
Step 11 | Get ready for the semester.
