At UBalt, your final semester's tuition is free.
Yup, you heard us right. As an incoming first-time undergraduate, the University of Baltimore will cover tuition for your final semester if you graduate after eight full-time consecutive semesters (or within four years).
For in-state students, you'll save approximately $3,300*. Compare that to tuition on a six-year graduation plan, and you'll save nearly $17,000.
For out-of-state students, you'll save more than $9,000*, and compared to a six-year graduation plan, you'll save a whopping $47,000.
And there's no minimum GPA requirement!
* assumes a 3 percent tuition increase per year; student fees are not covered

Can I still take out financial aid loans, and how does this offer work with my financial aid?Yes, you can still take out loans if eligible. You won't pay any tuition balance for your eighth semester (as long as you meet all the qualifications) after applicable federal, state and institutional grant and scholarship funds are applied to your account.
So during my last semester, what costs am I actually responsible for?
After applying any applicable federal, state and institutional grant and scholarship funds to your account, we've got your tuition covered. You're responsible for paying student fees and any education-related incidental expenses.
Am I eligible for the Finish4Free offer?
You are if:
- you're a first-time, full-time first-time undergraduates who enrolled after fall 2014
- you enroll at UBalt following high school graduation
- you attend UBalt as a full-time student throughout your undergraduate coursework
- you graduate with your undergraduate degree within eight semesters (four years)-winter courses are excluded from the finish 4 free calculation
What do I have to do to qualify?
- File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Before your eighth semester, apply and be approved for graduation.
What happens if I don't graduate as expected after my eighth semester?
You'll have to pay back the tuition for your eighth semester and you won't be permitted to register for future courses until your balance is paid in full. But we know you can graduate in four years, and we're here to help you do it.
If I graduate in fewer than eight semesters, am I still eligible for the offer?
Absolutely. UBalt will cover your tuition for your final semester if it's prior to your eighth consecutive one.
What if I need to attend summer session immediately following my eighth semester to graduate?
We'll cover tuition for your eighth semester, but you'll have to pay for the summer courses you take.
Can I take a course (like a summer course) at another college or university while enrolled at UBalt and still be eligible?
Yes, as long as you are continuously enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at UBalt for each semester through graduation.
Do I still qualify if I drop to part-time status for some time but still graduate within eight semesters?
Unfortunately, no. You must maintain full-time status.
Do I have to graduate with a minimum GPA, or are there other requirements?
No. Your only requirements are satisfactory academic performance and graduation.
Am I eligible as an out-of-state or international student?
