Join us on campus!
We're thrilled you want to bring your group to tour The University of Baltimore. Please review our group guidelines to make the most of your visit. We hope to see you soon.
Group Guidelines
Group visits are for high school students (grades 9-12), transfer student groups and adult groups.
We can accommodate up to 40 people (this includes students and chaperones). There must be one chaperone for every 10 students.
If you have fewer than 10 students, please register for a standard weekly campus tour.
What To Expect
Group visits are offered on select dates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Group tours are available during summer months, but are not available on weekends or when the University is closed.
All visits include a brief information session followed by a tour of our city campus. Visiting students will be asked to fill out an inquiry card.
Tours last approximately 1 hour.
Groups are welcome to eat a meal on campus. Students may pack a lunch or have catering delivered from many of our local restaurant options. Meals will be at the group’s expense.
For planning purposes, please let us know at least two weeks prior to your visit if your group plans to eat a meal on campus. There are several locations, both inside and outside, to choose from. Accommodations are not guaranteed within two weeks of group visit.
Arriving on Campus
Groups should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled visit. Groups arriving late may not receive a full information session or tour.
Groups are required to provide their own transportation.
Groups being bussed to campus: Drop off is located at 21 W. Mount Royal Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201.
After drop off, the bus must park at the Fitzgerald Garage, 80 W. Oliver St., Baltimore, MD 21201. Please instruct your bus driver to NOT pull into the garage as most buses won’t fit. There is a pull off area in the driveway to the garage where the bus can park.

Requesting a Group Visit
Please ensure you have proper approval, transportation and minimum required chaperones before submitting a request.
Requests must be made at least four weeks in advance. Requests are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Due to limited availability, group tour requests are not guaranteed and are not confirmed until a representative from the Office of Admission reaches out to the contact provided on the request form available below.
Groups who have date flexibility will have a greater chance of successfully scheduling a tour.
The person scheduling the visit must accompany the group to campus for the group tour.
