Digital Signage Posting Policy
Display on the digital signage located throughout the Student Center is open to members of the UB community (students, staff and faculty) for information related to campus events, activities and services. University community members can submit announcements for display using the following guidelines:
Digital signage displays are currently installed at the Student Center in the Diversity Lounge, Student Center Lobby, Student Center Operations Office, Student Organizations Work Area and the Bob Parsons Veterans Center. Currently, all submitted digital signage requests through the form below will be published at all of these locations. Additionally, any poster sized 8.5x11” will be displayed in the Student Center game room as well.
Signage using the University of Baltimore name or logo must comply with the University of Baltimore Style Guide. Digital signage request forms must be submitted 14 days prior to the event date. Any requests submitted after 14 days prior to event will be left to the discretion of the Student Center Operation staff. Digital signage can run up to 14 days prior to the event date and will be removed after the event has been completed.
Along with required event information, event organizers will need to upload poster art to accompany their material. Submitted art should be at least 150 dpi (300 dpi is preferred) and must be submitted in 1920x1020 resolution.
