researching proposal for book on Sufi woman who spied for Allies in France during WW2.

"The Good Books" (On-Going)
Books that changed the US in the 20th century -- 25 essays, each on one book by someone who also changed the US: Ralph Nader, Gloria Steinem, David Mamet, Jules Feiffer, etc. I'll write one chapter & the intro. and edit all the essays. My book agent is now taking the 30-page proposal to publishers in NY.
