Amarachi Nwokedi recently joined the University of Baltimore as an Employee Relations and Leave Specialist with the University Human Resources Department.
Amarachi Nwokedi brings a strong background in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and project management to her role at the University of Baltimore. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining UBalt, Amarachi contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives at organizations such as Intel, TED, and Morgan State University. Her work focused on building inclusive workplace cultures and implementing programs that promote professional development and equity at all levels of an organization.
Amarachi is passionate about creating environments where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness training, running, and mentoring students with interests in business and leadership.
