Cong Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the Merrick School of Business, University of Baltimore. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His research interests are online customer reviews, health informatics, ontology modeling, and sharing economy.
