Dr. Richard Trotter is an Associate Professor of Management whose doctorate is from the University of Pennsylvania and also has a J.D. from Rutgers University and is a member of the Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court bar. His teaching interests are in the areas of employment law, labor relations, human resource management, organizational behavior and international business.
