Alfedo Sosabravo is an interdisciplinary and versatile artist, moving seamlessly between painting, ceramics, sculpture, drawing and engraving. Outside of a handful of classes at San Alejandro’s Academy of Fine Arts, he is largely self-taught. "Mr. Fish," with its half-man, half-fish head and robot-like appendages, is representative of the three major themes he weaves throughout his work: humans, nature and machines.
