As the TCP Case Manager, Christopher Kelly provides outreach and advocacy, and makes referrals to service providers for students and families participating in CFCC’s Truancy Court Program (TCP). Christopher is responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and prevention services to assist students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Prior to joining CFCC Christopher interned with CFCC as a law clerk supporting the TCP. In that role, he was awarded the Anthony “Bubba” Green Star Player Award for his commitment to working on behalf of others, taking on new challenges, and persevering in the face of adversity. That dedication pushed him to return to CFCC as TCP’s new Case Manager.
A native of Baltimore City, Christopher attended public school for grades K through 12. He graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School before going on to receive a M.S. in Criminal Justice and a B.S. in History from the University of Baltimore.
