The Enrollment Services Technical Coordinator provides day-to-day, ground level support in the area of student administration system technology and CRM system management.  This position serves as a technical resource for Enrollment Services operations staff on all aspects related to TargetX (SalesForce) and PeopleSoft financial aid and student record modules.   We look forward to reviewing your required electronic application with a cover letter and resume attached and learning about your interest in and qualifications for our vacancy.

Key Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks
Support CRM coordinator in technical and operational aspects of the TargetX CRM module.  Assist in developing new campaigns and monitoring and maintaining existing campaigns.  Produce reports on campaign effectiveness, or other analysis as may be requested.  Perform quality assurance on a regular basis to ensure data integrity in the CRM.  Assist in maintaining System Integration with PeopleSoft as well as other sources.

Serve as a technical resource in PeopleSoft student records module.  Assist in assisting in monitoring and running delivered processes.  Perform quality assurance on a regular schedule using query tool to evaluate data.  Assist in patch/fix testing during regular test cycles.  Process address changes, major changes, name changes, registrations, drop/add forms, FERPA release forms and waivers.  Process deferments and generate enrollment verification letters.  Maintain the NSLC student degree database.

Serve as a technical resource for setup, maintenance, and testing of PeopleSoft financial aid module.  Assist in monitoring and running delivered processes.  Perform quality assurance on a regular schedule using query tool to evaluate data.  Assist in patch/fix testing during regular test cycles.  Monitor Satisfactory Academic Progress reviews.  Processes all required Return to Title IV calculations.  Generate and send communications to students regarding recalculation of aid.  Provide back-up to Financial Aid Analyst in daily importing and exporting of files from Department of Education and in federal and state reconciliation.

Required Education and Experience
Education: Baccalaureate degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Sciences or other related field
Experience: Two years of experience processing transactional data, setup and maintenance in either Financial Aid, Student Records or with CRM functionality.   Two years of experience in an administrative office in higher education.

Preferred Education and Experience
Education: Certified training in PeopleSoft and/or SalesForce
Experience:  Experience with PeopleSoft, ImageNow and SalesForce systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced computer skills including knowledge of student information systems and/or constituent relationships management systems.  Organized and analytical with high comprehensive capacity and excellent logical skills; the ability to learn new concepts, systems, and techniques.  Communication and Interpersonal relations qualities developed by working within progressive team-oriented environments.  A conscientious worker; who is self-reliant, vigilant and dependable.  Innovative with the ability to demonstrate multiple project management assignments, implementation of ideas/strategies, and development of new benchmarks for technological methods of efficiency.

•Use the dropdown to enter your highest education level.  Entering this information is required.
•Then, only college and university information is required. Click the plus sign to the left of the “Postsecondary Education” link to enter that information.
•For country, enter USA or click the hourglass to select another country.
•You can use the first day of the month wherever dates are required.
•Click the plus sign to the left of "References" to enter two professional references.
•After you enter your education information and references, click “Save,” then click “Next.”

3. How did you find out about us/how did you find out about the job?

•After you enter this information, click “Save,” then click “Next.”

4. Online Questionnaire/Application Questionnaire: Answer the questions requiring a yes or no response. After you answer them, click “Submit.” This leads you to the Submit Online Application page.
