Lecturer Faculty Position in Accounting
The Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore invites applications for a full-time lecturer in accounting. The position is available beginning fall 2022 and is subject to final budget approval by the President of the University.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates will have at least an MBA, or a specialized master’s degree, e.g. M.S. in Accounting or an M.S. in Taxation, and be a licensed CPA. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and relevant teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven teaching record with the desire to deliver accounting courses to undergraduate and graduate business students, both across different levels of accounting subject matter and across several functional areas, mainly financial reporting and managerial accounting. Experience teaching online is desirable. The candidate is expected to be actively engaged in the profession and the community and will want to work closely with us to actively help grow our program both through internal and external service to the profession, the Merrick School, and the University. The candidate is also expected to be actively engaged with students through our Beta Alpha Psi chapter.
SALARY:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
