Scholarships and More Scholarships
Even though a UB education is surprisingly affordable, costs can add up. But if you have a good GPA and SAT scores, you have an excellent chance of receiving scholarship support. UB offers generous merit-based scholarships to our full-time undergraduates and merit-based scholarships to our part-time undergraduates as well.
All students, including graduate students, are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for need-based financial aid.

Law Students: Initial scholarship offers will be made shortly after an offer of admission. Direct questions regarding law scholarships to the Office of Law Admissions at 410.837.4459. Maryland residents who complete a FAFSA by May 1 will be considered for the state-funded Graduate Professional Scholarship.
