How do I request an alumni bee card?
Complete the alumni bee card request form.
How can I order a diploma?
Complete the duplicate diploma form. A $25 fee is charged for reprinting. You can pay by credit card online or over the phone or via check made payable to the UB Alumni Association. Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time.

How can I request my transcript?
Official transcripts can be ordered through the University Registrar.
Can I use the Robert L. Bogomolny Library?
You must show your alumni card in order to borrow books from the Robert L. Bogomolny Library. If you need to use the computers in the library, a library staff member can grant you guest account access using your alumni card.

Can I still access the MyUB portal after graduation?
Whether you graduate from UB or leave without a diploma, you have access to the MyUB portal for two semesters after your last date of enrollment. Network services access (email, labs, etc.) is also maintained for two semesters after your last date of enrollment. This is the policy of the Office of Technology Services.
