Congratulations on being a UB Foundation Scholarship recipient!
The University has an established thank you note process required for select UB Foundation scholarships.
To retain your scholarship, you must complete the process outlined below.

|Final versions submitted and approved:||Due December 6, 2018|
IF ALL REQUIREMENTS BELOW ARE NOT COMPLETED BY
THE DATES ABOVE, FINANCIAL AID WILL REMOVE
THE UB FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
You must email a draft of your thank you note to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than November 21, 2018.
Submission may be a Word document or in the body of your email. PDFs will not be accepted.
Within one week, you will be notified if your letter has been accepted, or if edits are required. Letters with significant spelling and grammatical mistakes will not be accepted. Letters that are noticeably similar to your letters from previous semesters will also not be accepted.
You may use the same draft for multiple scholarship awards. Please indicate in your email to email@example.com if you wish to do so.

This page may be submitted as a PDF or photograph. (Reminder – thank you note drafts must be submitted as a Word document or in the body of your email).
**If you wish to submit a photograph, UB donors greatly appreciate the gesture.
**Please contact email@example.com prior to November 12 to discuss the possibility of scheduling an appointment if you wish draft a handwritten thank you note.
UB scholarship donors are interested in knowing how their personal generosity impacts students like you. Submitting a sincere thank you note is critical for you and to future students. Donors are encouraged to continue providing UB scholarship support when they hear how their contributions make a difference for you.
