Received our shipment of "liquid gold" (extra virgin olive oil) from our family's farm in southern Greece. We ship it from Sparta to the port of Piraeus in Athens and then straight to the port of Baltimore. Usually takes around 28 days for the ship to arrive.
9:30 AM
After making sure the shipment from Greece was all intact, I went out to distribute the product. This here is at the Prime Rib. Also delivered to Jimmy's Seafood, Gertrude's, The Food Market, La Food Marketa, City Cafe, Tarks Grill, and Birroteca all in one day.

Arrived to our brick and mortar store and commercial kitchen DEVOO (Dimitri Extra Virgin Olive Oil) on 1 W. Biddle Street near the UBalt campus and met with my team to go over the daily prep list and to get the farmers markets ready for the weekend. Some weekends we do up to 10 farmers markets.
3 PM
While at DEVOO kitchen, we made our amazing garlic infused unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. This is one of our top sellers.
4:30 PM
Last but not least, we made our amazing Greek Country Olive Mix. Made with our naturally cured olives that we import from our neighboring farms in southern Greece, our Dimitri Olive Oil including our lemon and chili infused olive oils. We make a variety of olive mixes. Please stop by our shop or farmers markets and taste!
