I have always been an early bird and I have the bird to prove it! I wake up, feed all my pets, get a cup of coffee and head to my office on the 3rd floor. Sophie comes up with me but finds office work boring.
8:00 AM
I always try to exercise for one hour. Either I go trail running with my best running friend Wilson (dog) or I do yoga (down dog) instead.
10:00 AM
Most days include trips to grocery stores to check on product, meet buyers or demo to the public. "Would you like to try a meatless meatball?" Some days I make these amazing human connections and it's very uplifting.
7:00 PM
I always make dinner. It doesn't matter if I'm tired. I turn on Pandora, have a glass of wine and cook. It is relaxing and my family counts on it. It is the only time during the day that I stop and really enjoy food. Food is love, family, conversation, and harmony to me.
9:00 PM
I get in bed. I love bed. I bring my lap top on top of the books and magazines that rest on the night stand. I always have lofty ambitions to "get a lot done." Realistically, I fall asleep. I love sleeping. I usually dream sweet dreams and wake up and do it all over again with gratitude in my heart.
