Being organized is critical if you want to be a personal chef. That means I need to load, unload, then reload with some efficiency. This is one of the many hats I wear as a chef.

This is my office. It changes with each client. Many of my clients are foodies and they have the kitchens to prove it. This was indeed a treat … Wolf appliances!

Luncheon for six at my client’s home. I provide restaurant-quality dining in your home for any occasion. Pan seared halibut, curry quinoa with spinach, roasted carrots and sweet pea puree.

I can cook anywhere – surprise wedding anniversary. This was a busy day for me. The husband wanted to recreate a special night on Federal Hill where he proposed 22 years ago. I love my job.
10 PM
I still made it to the gym for a quick 45 minute workout. Eating right is my passion but working out is my stress reliever. I am constantly on the go so that means I have to be in shape to perform at my best. Being healthy means the mind, body and spirit are one.
