Becoming a leader in the cybersecurity field is more than assessing a threat analysis and developing a vulnerability assessment. It takes an interdisciplinary approach to lead in the industry.
Prepare to meet the demand for cybersecurity leaders in business, government and the military through an innovative, interdisciplinary program that brings together business, psychology and criminal justice. Build your leadership skills, learn to evaluate and mitigate risk, develop key skills in accounting and analytics, create policy and explore cybersecurity strategy.

Academically qualified students may take 9-12 credits in fall and spring semesters and up to 6 credits in the summer in order to accelerate their progress through the graduate program.
The Cybersecurity Leadership program is rolling admissions program.

A Fast-Growing Industry
According to a recent report indicates that the Baltimore-D.C. market is expected to have a demand of 10,700 master's-level cybersecurity leadership professionals by 2023. This represents a growth of 25 percent from 2022. The report also found that the average salary for these professionals is $130,000.
The source of this data is CyberSeek, a website that provides data on the cybersecurity workforce. The website collects data from a variety of sources, including job postings, government data, and surveys.
