The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation will fund scholarships for hundreds of full-time University of Baltimore students who transfer to UB primarily from community colleges, including current or former members of the military.
Hugh McClean, director of the new Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic in the University of Baltimore School of Law, tells The Daily Record that there is a "tremendous need" for services for veterans now, especially in the area of legal counsel and support.
