Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Students

UBalt proudly offers generous scholarships for academic excellence — ranging from 50% to 100% of in-state tuition. In the 2024–2025 academic year, 94 Phi Theta Kappa students were awarded scholarships.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a current Phi Theta Kappa member and submit proof of membership
• Minimum 3.5 cumulative transferable GPA
• At least 30 transferable college credits

For International and Out-of-State Students:
UBalt offers a limited number of full out-of-state tuition scholarships to outstanding PTK members.
Requirements include:

• Proof of Phi Theta Kappa membership
• Resume submission
