Mentorship is a crucial and rewarding part of UBalt's educational experience. SavorUB connects current students with alumni based on their shared personal and professional interests.
Student-alumni pairs meet initially over a meal at a Baltimore restaurant or coffee shop, and from there, one-on-one mentoring relationships can be tailored to meet individual needs.

I hope word gets out about SavorUB because I think it was a great opportunity, and [my mentor] showed a lot of interest in the University and its students. Thank you so much for arranging our dinner. —Tiffany Preston, CERT '13
It was truly my pleasure! It was fun to meet [my mentee] and talk through the small steps she can take now to move towards achieving those dreams. It was a great opportunity for me as well to stay connected with the enterprising students that grace UBalt's classroom—so thank you! —Victoria Fitch, B.A. '12
