The Staff Senate is an integral part of Shared Governance at The University of Baltimore.
The UBalt Staff Senate (UBSS) advises President Schmoke and the Executive Committee on staff matters, recommends and reviews University policies as they affect staff, keeps staff informed and provides a forum for discussion, and ultimately recommendations, on matters of interest to staff.
