The finance and economics faculty at the Merrick School of Business has a strong reputation for leading edge research in the field. There are 11 full-time faculty members in the department, who are actively involved in scholarly research and teaching. Faculty members serve on the editorial boards of leading academic journals and have won several teaching and research awards. Finance faculty members’ research is published primarily in the leading journals in finance, economics and real estate. The finance department has a strong reputation for its research on investment management, credit, corporate finance and real property.
