Graduate Accounting Programs' Demographics
The following is based on Fall 2017 University Census data and reflects the combined demographics of the MBA and Online MBA programs.
24 Total Students Enrolled
Total students enrolled in the on-campus,flexible and Online M.S. in Accounting and Business Advisory Services programs. Our online students do have interactions with our campus students in online course sections.
In addition to the master's program, we also have several accounting-focused post-baccalaureate certificate programs to choose from including:
Academic Load: Seventy-one (71%) of our enrolled students consider themselves part-time students.
Gender: Thirty-three percent (33%) are female.
Residency: We have alumni all over the world, but most remain in the Mid-Atlantic region or Maryland. At this time our most of our students (83%) percent are considered "in state" residents.
Ethnicity: Forty-two percent (42%) of our students indicate their ethnicity to be black/African American, followed by thirty-three percent (33%) White, with a twenty-five percent all other races and ethnicities.
Age: Our programs appeal to working professionals. Fifty-eight percent (58%) of our students range in age from 30-64 followed by twenty-one percent (21%) 25-29, and twenty-one percent (21%) 22-24.
