In conjunction with the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, the MBA/Pharm.D. program provides you with management skills and teaches you how to develop entrepreneurial capabilities for a pharmacy career in a diverse range of health-care areas. Enrollment in the dual-degree program allows for the transfer of seven pharmacy courses toward the MBA.

Admission
Application Deadlines

Pharm.D. students must have completed a bachelor’s degree or four years of college to be eligible for admission to the MBA program. Applicants must file an application with the University of Baltimore and request that the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy’s Office of Student Affairs send copies of their pre-pharmacy transcripts to UBalt. If the applicant has not taken the GMAT, the PCAT will be substituted.
ADVISING
The MBA adviser prepares a program plan of study that lists the courses required to meet the MBA degree requirements. The School of Pharmacy also counsel students, particularly with regard to blending the degree requirements.
